Microneedling in Berlin-Mitte with the Candela Exceed™

Candela® Microneedling
Some skin asks for precision, not intensity. Microneedling at Inanna is exactly that, a quiet, finely guided treatment that lets the skin keep its own rhythm. It suits skin that wants to work on its texture, on fine lines, or on the look of pores, gently and at your pace. The point is not to push the skin but to accompany it.
At the center is the Candela Exceed™, a German-made instrument, guided by a Meisterin des Hauses, a master of the house. Every visit opens with a conversation and with a look at your skin as it is that day. What is right one day can be different the next. That is why the first thing here is listening, not the device.
Microneedling with the Candela Exceed™
The Candela Exceed sets a series of tiny channels in the uppermost layer of the skin with fine, sterile needles. The needles are for single use, and the depth is set precisely and matched to your skin rather than to a template. So the treatment stays controlled and calm, one area at a time. A single area, or two adjoining areas, can be accompanied within one visit.
Every visit begins with a conversation. A Meisterin des Hauses takes the time to read your skin, listens, and talks the approach through before she begins. During the treatment, Zimmer CryoPro™ cools the skin and makes each step more comfortable. Fillmed® NCTF 135 HA rests on the skin throughout, a concentrate of hyaluronic acid with a range of vitamins, amino acids, and minerals. It lets the instrument glide and reaches the skin through the fine channels. A calming Neocutis® mask closes the visit. Everything happens in quiet and in private, without haste. Comfort here is not an extra; it is part of the care.
Because microneedling works mechanically rather than with light, it can be tuned to many skin tones. It is often chosen for skin whose surface looks uneven or whose pores have become more visible. Whether it suits your skin, and at what spacing, is settled in the conversation before the visit, honestly and without haste. Not every skin needs the same thing, and not every skin needs it at the same time. Some skin is better accompanied by a facial, and we will tell you that openly too.
Microneedling is a precise treatment with deliberate spacing between visits. It is designed for continuity, not for a single appointment. In the first one to three days the skin can feel warm and look slightly flushed. That belongs to the process and settles on its own. What the skin does, it does in its own time, not overnight. That is where the calm of this treatment lies. We accompany you with clear notes for the days afterward, so your skin can come to rest.
Precision has an origin
The Candela Exceed™ is an instrument from Candela, an internationally established name in aesthetic device engineering, and it is made in Germany. Its fine needles, its depth adjustable in small steps, and its even guidance speak for a care you can feel in the treatment. Precision here is not a claim but a property of the tool.
Fillmed® NCTF 135 HA comes from a Paris laboratory founded by Michel Tordjman in 1978. The formula reaches back to that time, nearly five decades, and combines hyaluronic acid with a carefully assembled range of vitamins, amino acids, minerals, and coenzymes. The preparation is CE certified. At Inanna it is applied during the treatment and carried into the skin through the fine channels.
The closing mask is from Neocutis®, a Swiss house whose care grew out of skin research in Lausanne. It calms the skin and gives it moisture, a quiet close after the precise steps before. Microneedling itself is a method described since the 1990s that works through fine, precise channels.
At Inanna these tools step into the background. Each one is chosen deliberately; none is an end in itself. The hand leads, the technology follows, and at the center stands the person who comes to us, in the spirit of the Inanna Method®. Three origins, one disposition: precise, calm, and at the pace your skin sets.
