Every visit begins with a ten-minute consultation. Your skin is read on the day, before anything begins. What follows is a calm, non-invasive sequence, composed for you and deliberately restrained, in the spirit of the Inanna Method®. Inanna is a house for aesthetic wellness, not a medical practice; our treatments are cosmetic care.
Gentle methods for reactive skin
The selection is deliberately non-invasive. LDM® Triple ultrasound works through micro-massage at three frequencies at once (3, 10, and 19 MHz); Dermalux® LED phototherapy works at three wavelengths at once (415, 633, and 830 nm). Both are calm and ask for no downtime. Biologique Recherche® accompanies the skin between sessions.
This becomes care for skin that tends toward redness and rosacea, for a weakened barrier, for quiet skin renewal, and for the calm time after an aesthetic procedure, after laser or a peel. The house behind the care
Some people live with atopic skin, with eczema, with dermatitis, or with psoriasis, and would like calm, accompanying skin care alongside their medical care. At Inanna the concern is then not the condition itself, which belongs in medical hands, but care and well-being for skin that tends toward dryness, tightness, and irritation. Gentle ultrasound with LDM® Triple and quiet LED light with Dermalux® are used with restraint, after medical clearance and at the pace of your skin.
This care is in practiced hands. The Meisterinnen des Hauses, the masters of the house, lead every session with restraint. A senior Meisterin holds the clinical craft of the house; another trained at the Institut Takumi Finch in Paris, in the tradition of Kobido®. They work by one principle: first listen to what the skin shows, then do the lesser thing.
The instruments, too, have an origin. Biologique Recherche® was founded in late-1970s France by the Allouche family, the biologist Yvan and the physiotherapist Josette. At its center is the Skin Instant, the state of the skin in a given moment, which shifts with weather, stress, and the way one lives, read before every treatment. The ultrasound in LDM® Triple comes from Wellcomet in Karlsruhe; the LED light in Dermalux® is a certified system. Instruments that work quietly and follow the hand, not the other way around.
This posture is noticed. Inanna was named Germany's Best Day Spa for 2024 and 2025 by the World Spa Awards, is the only house in Berlin to hold CIDESCO certification, and was portrayed in Vogue Italia in 2025.
The same calm carries the care after an aesthetic procedure, after laser, a peel, or microneedling, when the skin needs time. This is care only, after medical clearance. Skin that tends toward heavy flaking, as many know from psoriasis, we accompany calmly and as care, never as a medical service.
