Sensitive and Reactive Skin, Couperose and Facial Redness · Berlin-Mitte

Resilience
Some skin reacts faster than others. It flushes with warmth, with wind, with a glass of wine, and the redness lingers long after it would have settled on calmer skin. Couperose, fine visible vessels and sensitive, redness-prone skin are not flaws to be fought. They are a skin type that needs calm rather than intensity.
At Inanna, care for sensitive and reactive skin begins with a careful look and a conversation, not a fixed program. Where it helps, we read the skin with Inanna Skin360®, our diagnostics built on Canfield VISIA® and the Biologique Recherche® Skin Instant Lab®, and record its underlying tone in your personal skin profile. The Inanna Grundton® is the underlying tone every skin carries; we read it and raise it gently over a rhythm of visits.
What follows is not a fixed sequence but a decision: which gentle, heat-free method your skin can take that day. Accuracy over intensity, and we leave out whatever your skin does not need.
Calm, heat-free care for reactive skin
Whether it is couperose, redness and visible vessels, or simply skin that reacts to a great deal, the common thread is a barrier under strain. The house therefore works with the barrier rather than against it, and with deliberate restraint: no aggressive heat, no harsh exfoliation, no irritation that does a little in the moment and weakens the barrier over time. We work with gentle technology and with continuity, and leave out whatever your skin does not tolerate.
How does Inanna read sensitive skin?
Every skin carries an underlying tone, a baseline of hydration, sensitivity and barrier condition. For reactive skin we read it with Inanna Skin360®, our image-based orientation built on Canfield VISIA® and the Biologique Recherche® Skin Instant Lab®, and record the Inanna Grundton® in your personal skin profile. That reading decides which gentle method your skin can take that day, and across visits it shows how the barrier settles.
Is it couperose or rosacea?
Couperose describes visible fine vessels and a tendency to flush. Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin condition that is assessed and managed by a physician. The house works cosmetically and does not make a medical assessment; if your skin needs medical advice, we say so plainly. What we do is accompany reactive skin calmly and support the barrier, whatever the name.
What helps sensitive, reactive and redness-prone skin?
For skin that tends toward redness, the house works with heat-free technology that calms rather than provokes. Dermalux® Tri-Wave MD, a contact-free LED phototherapy, and LDM® Triple, a gentle ultrasound, support the skin barrier and can ease diffuse redness over a series. Barrier-strengthening care with Biologique Recherche® is the foundation.
Why does facial redness stay?
In sensitive skin the fine vessels respond more strongly to warmth, cold, sun, stress or harsh care, and when the barrier is weakened the redness lingers longer than it should. So the house works with the opposite of irritation: calm, barrier-strengthening care in rhythm that gives the skin time rather than pushing it. Which triggers matter for you is something we talk through together.
Can couperose be removed?
Fine vessels that are already visible cannot be removed in a cosmetic setting. That is a vascular procedure and belongs in medical hands, for example a dermatology practice with a vascular laser or IPL. What the house does is different and named plainly: calm reactive skin, strengthen the barrier and ease redness over time. This clarity is part of the care.
Which treatment suits very sensitive skin?
For sensitive skin, a compromised barrier or eczema-prone skin, LDM® Triple is the calm first choice, with LED light alongside it. After an aesthetic procedure too, when skin first needs quiet, we accompany it calmly rather than asking anything of it. Which method makes sense on a given day follows from a short look at your skin, not from a list. The Inanna Consult® is the quiet first step.
What does a first visit look like, and what rhythm suits sensitive skin?
Every first visit begins with the ten-minute Inanna Consult® and a calm reading of your skin with Inanna Skin360®. For sensitive skin, that first reading decides which gentle, warmth-free method your skin can carry today, and at what interval. A calmer complexion builds over a series rather than a single session, carried between visits by consistency and a simple, low-irritant routine.
Sensitive skin is one of several directions within our facial treatments. The thinking behind it, gentle transformation without trauma, is set out in our philosophy.
The house behind the care
Sensitive, reactive skin leads in this house to less programme, not more. Ten minutes belong to every visit here, not only the first: the Inanna Consult®, in which the skin is read on the day, before anything begins.
This care rests in practiced hands. The Meisterinnen des Hauses guide every session with restraint. One senior Meisterin is responsible for the professional work of the house; another trained at the Institut Takumi Finch in Paris, in the tradition of Kobido®. They work by one principle: first listen to what the skin shows, then do the lesser thing.
LDM® Triple was developed by Wellcomet in Karlsruhe. It is a high-frequency ultrasound that switches between several frequencies up to a thousand times a second, producing a fine micro-massage in the tissue, without needles and without aggressive heat. For reactive skin, the absence of heat is precisely the advantage.
Dermalux® Tri-Wave MD has been made in Great Britain since 2012 and works with three narrow-band, non-thermal wavelengths: blue, red and near-infrared. The light is delivered without contact and supports a calmer, more balanced complexion.
The foundation of every treatment is Biologique Recherche®, whose formulations from Paris are chosen by what your skin shows on the day.
This posture is noticed. Inanna was named Best Day Spa Germany 2024 and 2025 by the World Spa Awards, is the only CIDESCO-certified house in Berlin, and was portrayed in Vogue Italia in 2025.
Couperose and rosacea call for particular calm. The house does not remove visible vessels; that is a medical decision and treatment. Pronounced or inflamed rosacea belongs in dermatological hands for assessment; the accompaniment here is purely through care, heat-free, and guided by what the skin tolerates on the day.
Inanna is a house for aesthetic wellness and replaces no medical diagnosis or treatment. Your path begins with the Inanna Consult®, the calm reading of your skin. Contact and directions are here.
