Red Light Therapy in Berlin with Dermalux® Tri-Wave MD

Dermalux® LED Therapy
At Inanna we work with Dermalux® Tri-Wave MD where the skin needs a calm, precise signal rather than more intensity. This form of LED light therapy uses no needles, no strong heat and, as a rule, no downtime. Three wavelengths, blue, red and near-infrared, are chosen to suit your skin and adjusted to what it shows on the day of your visit.
Every visit begins with a calm conversation of about ten minutes. We look at your skin, listen, and set wavelength, duration and rhythm to the moment before any light is used. Nothing here is a standard application; it is one composed for you, on this day.
Dermalux® suits sensitive and reactive skin, blemish-prone skin, skin that tends toward redness, and the quiet days after selected treatments, where appropriate. We do not work on open skin or acute infection; suitability and timing are always clarified first. Whether Dermalux® makes sense on its own or as a complement to one of our facial treatments is something we decide together.
Dermalux® Tri-Wave MD
The Tri-Wave MD works with three narrowband, non-thermal wavelengths: blue at 415 nanometres stays close to the surface, red at 633 nanometres reaches further, near-infrared at 830 nanometres reaches deepest. Blue is regarded as the light for blemishes; red and near-infrared are associated with skin comfort and recovery. The particular strength: the three wavelengths can be run individually or simultaneously, in any combination, finely graded rather than uniform.
In this house that capability serves the hand, never the other way around. We choose wavelength and dose with deliberate restraint, in the rhythm your skin sets. Accuracy comes before intensity; the light remains an instrument, not the protagonist. For sensitive, redness-prone skin the light is often the calmest path in the house; for blemishes and uneven skin it accompanies care across a series.
How much does red light therapy cost in Berlin?
At Inanna a Dermalux® session of 30 minutes is €100; the Dermalux® Course 6× with six sessions is €500. Ten minutes of conversation precede every visit, at no charge. Which application and which rhythm suit your skin is clarified first; to plan a course, Inanna Consult® is the calm first step.
What does a Dermalux® session feel like?
You rest, eyes protected, the panel close above the skin without touching it. The light is bright but without perceptible heat; many experience the half hour as a pause. Afterwards there is no downtime: you return to your day exactly as you arrived.
How many sessions does light therapy take?
A single session gives, at most, a brief freshness. What lasts builds over a series: in practice an even rhythm across several weeks has proven itself, often a few days apart, and more light is not better than the right measure. The Dermalux® Course 6× is made for this; the rhythm is set to your skin.
Is red light therapy the same as LED light therapy?
Red light is one of the three wavelengths of this LED light therapy. Classic red-light lamps work with heat; the Dermalux® Tri-Wave MD carries narrowband light without a thermal stimulus and can combine red with blue and near-infrared. Anyone searching for red light therapy for the skin usually means exactly this form.
As a calm base, Dermalux® combines well with other paths of the house, such as LDM® Triple ultrasound for sensitive skin or INDIBA® radiofrequency. What that looks like for you is part of the conversation. You can read more about how we work on the page about the Inanna Method®.
The house behind the care
Light at Inanna is not an effect; it is a rhythm we take up together with your skin. Ten minutes of conversation precede every visit: what has changed, what the skin shows today, what comes next. Each session stays a decision, never a routine; to plan a course, Inanna Consult® is the calm first step.
Every Dermalux® session rests in the hands of the Meisterinnen des Hauses, the masters of the house. Their training reaches from state certification through device qualification to the Japanese school of Kobido® at Institut Takumi Finch in Paris; the device's light follows this hand, never the other way around.
The light in this house comes from Warrington in Great Britain. There, in 2012, Louise Taylor and Huw Anthony founded Aesthetic Technology Ltd out of their own aesthetic clinic and built the Dermalux® line from it; the Tri-Wave MD is its present flagship and is CE-certified as a medical device. It carries three narrowband wavelengths contact-free and without perceptible warmth, individually or together. The working principle is described as photobiomodulation: red and near-infrared light is absorbed by an enzyme of cellular respiration, and blue light excites pigments of the bacteria associated with blemishes.
Inanna is the only CIDESCO-certified house in Berlin, was named Germany's Day Spa of the Year by the World Spa Award in 2024 and 2025, and was portrayed in Vogue Italia in 2025. We carry such mentions quietly; what matters is what your skin shows over the weeks.
Light has a clear boundary, and we name it. With pronounced light sensitivity, under photosensitizing medication, with acute inflammation or broken skin, clarification belongs first in medical hands. Where a diagnosis exists, the house accompanies the skin alongside medical care, never in its place. After that we treat when it fits: calmly, in measured doses, and in the rhythm of your skin.
All information serves orientation and does not replace medical advice. What suits you is something we clarify in person: in the Inanna Consult® or via Contact.
