Before we begin, we take ten minutes before every visit. We read the underlying tone of your skin on the day, talk through its condition, and shape the work around it. Not to a template, but to what the skin shows in the moment.

Manual work and gentle technology for contour and firmness
Firmness and contour come from several directions, which we bring together within the facial treatment. At the centre is the work of the hand: the Japanese Kobido® facial massage and the sculptural modelling of Sculptural Face Lifting™ by Yakov Gershkovich. The hand works rhythmically on muscle, circulation, and tone, and lifts the contour for the moment, without provoking the skin.
Gentle technology is added to this. INDIBA® radiofrequency, with controlled deep warmth, encourages circulation and supports firmness gradually, over several sessions. For structure and fine lines we add, where it helps, Candela® microneedling, which invites the skin's own collagen through controlled micro-stimulation, along with LDM® Triple ultrasound and Dermalux® LED therapy for the quality of the complexion. The Signature Journey Inanna Radiance® brings Biologique Recherche®, modelling massage, and radiofrequency together in a single session.
New firmness does not appear in days. Collagen forms over weeks and matures over months, which is why we work with the skin rather than against it: calmly, in rhythm, and over a series of sessions. We do not promise a quick effect at the surface. What emerges is a calmer, firmer quality that holds, because it comes from the skin's own capacity.
Can you firm the face without surgery?
Within limits, yes. Non-invasive radiofrequency and manual modelling can visibly support contour, improve circulation, and let the skin appear firmer, gradually and over several sessions. They do not replace a surgical facelift, a thread lift, or injectables. If you are looking for a calm, natural change, you are in the right place; if you need a strong, one-time lift, a physician is the better path.
What helps a softer jawline or a double chin?
Along the jawline and neck we work with radiofrequency and with the hand, to support tone and contour and let the area read more clearly. We do not remove fat; that is a physician's procedure. When a softer chin comes mainly from loosening firmness, calm work on skin and tissue can let the line appear more defined, over a series of sessions.
What can be done about jowls?
Softening contour at the cheeks and along the jaw belongs to the natural course. Manual modelling and radiofrequency can support tone and let the contour read calmer and more defined. The result is a cared-for, rested impression, not an altered face, and it holds through continuity rather than a single session.
Does radiofrequency help loose skin on the neck?
The neck and décolleté are thin and respond to time early. INDIBA® radiofrequency for the neck and décolleté warms in a controlled way, encourages circulation, and supports firmness gently over several sessions. For a firmer neck, continuity is the path, not a single treatment.
How quickly will I see a result?
Honestly, not at once. New firmness forms over weeks, as collagen builds and matures, and it shows as a gradual, quiet change across a series of sessions. A visible freshness often appears early; the real work on contour is a matter of time and repetition.
What does a first visit look like, and how does firmness build?
Every first visit begins with the ten-minute Inanna Consult® and a calm reading of your skin with Inanna Skin360®. That is where the plan takes shape: which method your skin can carry today, whether massage or warmth opens the series, and at what interval. Firmness builds over a course of visits rather than a single session, carried between appointments by consistency.
Can skin be firmed after weight loss?
Within reason. For mild to moderate loosening, radiofrequency and manual work can let the skin appear firmer over time and support tone. Significant excess skin after major weight loss is a different question and belongs in medical hands. An Inanna Consult® is the calm first step to judge what makes sense for your skin.
The house behind the care
Loosening firmness and a softer facial contour belong to the life of skin. We do not treat them as a problem, but as a condition we read afresh on every day. What the skin needs today can differ from the last visit, and that is exactly what we shape the session around.
The work rests in the hands of the Meisterinnen des Hauses, the masters of the house. They are trained in the Takumi Finch™ line in Paris for Kobido® and certified in INDIBA® radiofrequency at the INDIBA Academy in Barcelona. To this are added training in Biologique Recherche® and full NiSV Fachkunde.
The instruments and methods have a documented origin. INDIBA® began in 1983 in Barcelona and works at a fixed frequency of 448 kHz, non-invasively and with controlled warmth. Kobido® stands in a Japanese line that Dr. Shogo Mochizuki passed to Sandrine Takumi Finch in Paris and from there to our house. Biologique Recherche® was founded in France in the late 1970s by the Allouche family; their Skin Instant describes the condition of the skin, which we read before every visit.
The VI Peel® is a professional peel, accompanied by Zimmer CryoPro™ cooling for comfort. It cares for the complexion and is distinct from the work on firmness and contour: the one concerns the surface of the skin, the other its tone.
Inanna Wellness was named Germany's Day Spa of the Year by the World Spa Award in 2024 and 2025 and is the only CIDESCO-certified house in Berlin. Vogue Italia reported on the house's Kobido® work in 2025.
