How LDM® Triple works
LDM® stands for Local Dynamic Micro-massage, a patented technology from the German manufacturer Wellcomet. Its principle goes back to the research of Dr. Ilja Kruglikov, who first described the role of very high-frequency ultrasound waves for the skin in the scientific literature in 2010; since then the method has been the subject of numerous international studies. It combines three ultrasound frequencies, up to 19 MHz, that work together in very rapid alternation and can be tuned to different depths of the skin. In place of a single, forceful action, this creates a fine, dynamic micro-massage of the tissue. Worldwide, the technology is in use in more than 5,000 devices.
