At Inanna, much begins with a skin consultation, before a Journey begins. Before we recommend anything, we look at your skin, listen, and place what we see. Where it helps, we read the skin with Canfield VISIA® and the Biologique Recherche® Skin Instant Lab®, so that a first impression becomes a reliable basis.
The personal consultation Inanna Consult® lasts fifteen minutes and costs €50, which we credit in full toward your first visit. If you would rather begin from home, Inanna e-Consult® holds the same conversation by video, with the same credit; and once a Journey has begun, Inanna Check-Up® takes stock of what has changed.
The findings of an analysis are a quiet reference here, a compass, not a verdict on your skin. The consultation is led by the Meisterinnen des Hauses, the masters of the house. Inanna is CIDESCO-certified and was named Germany's Day Spa of the Year by the World Spa Award in 2024 and 2025.

Some guests know exactly what they want. Others arrive with a question and would rather understand before they decide. The consultation is for them: a calm conversation in which we place your skin and your goals, and tell you what we would recommend, and equally what is not needed.
Inanna Consult® is the personal consultation, in person. In fifteen minutes we look at your skin or your scalp, listen, and place what we see. It ends with a clear recommendation, not a sales pitch. We credit the €50 in full toward your first visit, so the consultation costs nothing further if you continue.
If you would rather begin from home, Inanna e-Consult® holds the same conversation by video over Microsoft Teams. And once a Journey has begun, Inanna Check-Up® takes stock of what has changed, as a quiet interim reading.
For a precise, documented basis, there is Inanna Skin360®, our in-depth skin analysis. In sixty minutes a complete picture of your skin takes shape, with Canfield VISIA® and the Biologique Recherche® Skin Instant Lab®, in consistent capture and with a clear interpretation. Changes can then be compared reliably over time.
For scalp and hair density, there is Inanna Hair360®, an equally quiet hair analysis. Canfield D2 and the HairMetrix® workflow reveal patterns that are hard to see with the eye, and create a basis against which development can be read.
Diagnostics here are a quiet reference, a compass, not a verdict. They help us make good decisions together, never to apply pressure. What is not needed, we say as openly as what helps, in keeping with the Inanna Method®.
Every consultation takes place in a private setting. Inanna Privé® means you are undisturbed, with no waiting area and no audience. It commits you to nothing. How we read Skin and Hair
An analysis is only as reliable as the instruments it rests on. For the skin, we work with Canfield VISIA®, an imaging system from Canfield Scientific, whose capture technology is used in dermatological research worldwide. VISIA® photographs the whole face under constant light, in standard, polarized, and UV modes, and brings forward what sits on the surface and beneath it: evenness, pores, texture, areas of redness, and pigment. Because every image is captured to the same standard, change can be compared reliably over time.
Alongside it stands the Biologique Recherche® Skin Instant Lab®, the first step of the Biologique Recherche methodology. Five probes take objective readings of the skin: hydration, the skin barrier, elasticity, pigment, and sebum. Together with what the hands sense, this gives not a fixed label but the condition of your skin on this particular day. Skin changes, with the season, with sleep, with the rhythm of a life, and that is exactly how we read it.
Where VISIA® shows the whole face, Canfield D2 comes in close. The high-resolution dermatoscope, also from Canfield Scientific, captures individual areas at up to two hundred times magnification and brings surface, texture, pigment, and fine lines into detail, on the skin as on the scalp. There, the HairMetrix® workflow reads the hair with the support of AI: hair density, hair caliber, and the ratio of fine to strong hair. From this comes a calm, objective basis against which change can be read over time.
