Radiofrequency with INDIBA® Elite NS
On the face, INDIBA® supports structural tone and a clearer line along the jaw and neck. Often the interest is in more definition through the jawline and in the area beneath the chin, where a double chin can begin to show. There is no quick surface effect; instead, a sustained quality in the skin builds across several sessions. Where purely manual work is preferred, Sculptural Face Lifting™ complements or replaces the warmth.
Across the neck and décolleté, and on selected areas of the body such as the abdomen, thighs, or upper arms, we work on firmness and contour as part of a considered plan. For those seeking non-surgical skin firming, this is a gradual path rather than a single intervention.
After surgery or an aesthetic procedure, INDIBA® accompanies the tissue gently, with attention to comfort and ease of movement, often together with LDM® Triple Ultrasound. This is always guided by the individual case and follows a measured pace.

What does an INDIBA® session cost?
Each INDIBA® session is €200 for 40 minutes of treatment time; the calendar shows this time plus ten minutes for the conversation that precedes every visit. Firmness builds over a series of sessions, so we assess the scope honestly before the first one begins.
What does the treatment feel like?
Like an even, deep warmth that stays comfortable throughout. The electrode glides over prepared skin with a conductive cream while the device holds the temperature; most guests find the session restful. There is no downtime: the skin may be briefly warm and lightly pink, and settles quickly.
How many sessions will I need?
Firmness and skin quality develop gradually, so INDIBA® is planned as a series over several weeks, with measured intervals. How many sessions suit you, and at what rhythm, is assessed at the start and adjusted to what your skin shows.
What does the INDIBA® Intimate treatment cover?
Two sessions cover the intimate area completely: INDIBA® Intimate External treats the outer intimate zone, the labia and the surrounding tissue; INDIBA® Intimate Internal works internally, in the vaginal canal, with an applicator developed for this purpose. Each takes 40 minutes; the two are planned individually or in combination, and intensity and rhythm follow what the tissue shows on the day.
The controlled deep warmth of the 448 kHz radiofrequency may support the tissue and its sense of wellbeing, in the intimate area as in the pelvic floor region, for instance when either feels different after childbirth or with the years. After a birth, this accompaniment has its setting within MamiSpa®.
Discretion here is not an addition but the frame itself: every application begins with the personal conversation and a suitability assessment, takes place in a protected room, and follows an unhurried pace, in the spirit of Inanna Privé®. What is the difference between INDIBA® and RF microneedling?
INDIBA® is non-invasive: the 448 kHz radiofrequency travels across intact skin, without needles and without wounding. Radiofrequency microneedling is a different method that delivers heat through fine needles; at Inanna it belongs to Candela Exceed™ Microneedling. Both have their place, and which path suits your skin is something we are glad to clarify in conversation.

Every INDIBA® session rests in the hands of the Meisterinnen des Hauses, the masters of the house. Their training reaches from state certification through device qualification to the Japanese school of Kobido® at Institut Takumi Finch in Paris; the device's warmth follows this hand, never the other way around.
INDIBA® was founded in Barcelona in 1983 by José Calbet, a researcher who devoted his life to radiofrequency for the body. His first device worked through capacitive electrical transfer; with the addition of a resistive electrode came the method known in physiotherapy and sports medicine to this day as TECAR, capacitive-resistive radiofrequency. Over four decades, this grew into a technological school of its own, carried by more than a dozen patents and over twenty-five device models.
At its center is a single frequency: 448 kHz, the signature frequency of INDIBA®, described by the company as proionic technology. Through a capacitive and a resistive electrode, the radiofrequency carries steadily into the tissue and creates a controlled, deep warmth there. The frequency has been the subject of scientific study for years; it is its precision, not its strength, that distinguishes it.
Coming from physiotherapy and elite sport, 448 kHz radiofrequency established itself worldwide over decades and found its place in aesthetic care. It is still developed in Barcelona today; the legacy of its founder, who died in 2018, continues to shape the company.
