Inanna Wellness is a private house for aesthetics and well-being on Charlottenstraße in Berlin-Mitte. We work quietly and precisely, with fine craftsmanship and carefully chosen methods, in the rhythm of our guests.

Everyone who works here helps shape this approach: the person before the method, accuracy over intensity, rhythm over acceleration.

Your work at Inanna Wellness

You accompany our guests toward visibly refined skin and hair. Your work joins fine craftsmanship, passed down over generations, with carefully chosen, scientifically grounded methods of modern aesthetics. Technology amplifies what hands begin. Hands give the result its elegance.

You work in a small team of five, under the professional direction of Chantal Däumig, Meisterin des Hauses (master of the house).

Here, every treatment has its time, as a rule a full hour. We work with few guests and the care each encounter deserves, not with many appointments in a day. What matters is the precision of the work and your attention to the person in front of you.

Your work leaves more than a visible result. It gives the people who come to us time for themselves and the feeling of being seen, unhurried.

Your focus

• You analyze skin and scalp precisely and, from that, offer a clear, personal recommendation (Canfield VISIA®, HairMetrix®).
• You shape hands-led facial rituals (Biologique Recherche®) and have command of traditional lifting techniques (Kobido®, Sculptural Face Lifting™).
• You deploy non-invasive technology where it complements the work of the hands: ultrasound (LDM® Triple), radiofrequency (INDIBA® Elite NS), and LED phototherapy (Dermalux® Tri-Wave MD).
• You carry out advanced skin treatments with accuracy and care, among them microneedling (Candela Exceed™) and chemical peels (VI Peel®).
• You perform permanent hair removal with laser (Alma Soprano Titanium®) and electrolysis (Apilus®).
• With gentle bodywork and manual lymphatic drainage, you create relaxation and well-being (Dr. Vodder®, Esalen®).
• You accompany people through significant life stages with dignity and care (MamiSpa®, OncoSpa®).

Your start

So that you arrive well, we shape your start with care: a structured onboarding, personal mentors, and regular development conversations will accompany you. We understand the first six months as shared time, in which both sides find their footing.

What you bring

You are a state-certified cosmetician, whether at the beginning of your path or with experience from a spa, clinic, or hotel setting. Precision, aesthetics, and mindfulness shape your work.

This position is offered at 50 percent part-time. Should both sides wish it, it can grow into a full-time role at the beginning of 2027.

You hold NiSV certificates or will acquire them promptly with our support.

You speak German at a native or comparable level and English with confidence. Further languages are welcome.

Discretion is second nature to you. You enjoy working within a small circle, you meet people with calm and attentiveness, and you like to keep developing.
